The Psychicc Mantraa is a psychology and workplace well-being brand built around a simple belief: psychology should not remain limited to textbooks, therapy rooms or conversations that happen only when something goes wrong. It should become a practical part of everyday life and work.
We believe that psychological well-being is not simply the absence of a problem. It is also about understanding yourself, recognizing your patterns, managing psychological demands, building healthier ways of responding and developing the ability to navigate everyday life with greater awareness and intention.
Our purpose is to bridge the gap between psychological science and everyday living by making psychology simple, practical and deeply human.
The foundation of The Psychicc Mantraa is therefore not just about giving people more psychological information. It is about helping them understand what psychology means in their actual lives—in the way they think, feel, communicate, work, make decisions and respond to challenges.
Modern life can be demanding.
People are expected to perform, achieve, adapt, communicate effectively, manage relationships and continue moving forward even when they are mentally and emotionally exhausted. In professional environments, stress, pressure and burnout can gradually become normalized as simply being "part of the job."
We believe people should not have to wait until they reach a breaking point to start paying attention to their psychological well-being.
Psychological skills can be developed before a crisis.
Understanding stress, emotional patterns, boundaries, resilience, communication and behaviour can become part of everyday life rather than something we turn toward only when we are struggling.
This is the space The Psychicc Mantraa wants to create.
At the heart of The Psychicc Mantraa is the belief that knowing psychology and using psychology are two different things.
A person may know that boundaries are important and still struggle to set them.
Someone may understand stress intellectually and still feel overwhelmed by it.
A manager may understand the importance of empathy and still struggle during a difficult conversation.
This is where practical psychology becomes important.
We want to help close the gap between psychological understanding and psychological application.
Our approach focuses on making psychological concepts relatable, understandable and applicable so that people can move from:
“I know this.”
to
“I understand this.”
and ultimately:
“I know how to use this in my life.”
This philosophy also shapes our organizational work, where the focus is not simply on creating awareness but on helping psychological practices become part of everyday work and behaviour.
The Psychicc Mantraa is currently focused primarily on organizations and working professionals, particularly fast-paced IT and technology environments.
Modern workplaces can involve intense project pressure, rapid change, demanding deadlines, interpersonal challenges and constant expectations of performance.
For employees, these pressures can influence their psychological well-being.
For organizations, they can affect engagement, communication, resilience, leadership effectiveness and sustainable performance.
We therefore look at workplace well-being through a practical psychological lens.
Our question is not simply: “How can we make employees feel better?”
It is: “How can practical psychology become part of the way people work?”
This means moving beyond isolated wellness activities and creating opportunities for psychological learning, application, reinforcement and integration into everyday work.
Behind The Psychicc Mantraa is Riya Khudania, a psychology professional and the founder of the brand.
Riya's journey has been shaped by an interdisciplinary academic and professional background that brings together life sciences, communication, psychology and counselling.
Her interest in understanding people, communication and human behaviour eventually led her toward psychology and counselling, where she found an area that combined her curiosity about the human mind with her desire to work directly with people and create meaningful impact.
Today, her work is guided by a practical, empathetic, structured and conversational approach.
She believes that psychology should not feel unnecessarily complicated or disconnected from real life. Psychological concepts should be communicated in a way that allows people to recognize their own experiences, understand what may be happening beneath them and identify practical ways forward.
That philosophy became one of the foundations behind The Psychicc Mantraa.
Riya's academic background combines different disciplines that contribute to her approach toward psychology and human behaviour.
She completed her:
University of Delhi
followed by:
Singhania University
She later completed:
IGNOU — Indira Gandhi National Open University
This combination of scientific education, communication and psychological training has helped shape her ability to understand complex concepts while communicating them in a way that feels accessible and relatable.
Her professional journey has further included psychological practice, workshops, training and people-focused experiences across different settings.
Riya's work in the mental health and psychology space has also received recognition through national and global awards.
Recognized as the Best Women Mental Health Coach of India in 2024 for her work and contribution in the mental health space.
Received the Global Excellence Award for Mental Health Supporter in 2023, recognizing her contribution to mental health support.
These recognitions are milestones in Riya's professional journey. However, they are not the foundation of the brand.
The foundation remains the same: making psychological understanding practical, relevant and usable in everyday life.
Riya's working style can be described as practical, empathetic, structured, conversational, motivational and directly applicable.
She believes that people do not always need more psychological information. Sometimes they need someone who can help them make sense of what they already know and connect it to their own experiences.
Her approach therefore focuses on:
understanding the person behind the problem;
simplifying complex psychological concepts;
connecting psychology with real-life situations;
encouraging reflection and self-awareness;
using practical and experiential methods;
and helping people translate insight into action.
The objective is not simply to create an “I learned something” moment.
It is to create an:
moment.
That is the kind of psychological learning The Psychicc Mantraa aims to create.
We believe that professional success and psychological well-being should not have to compete with each other.
We believe ambitious people should be able to pursue meaningful careers without sacrificing their entire personal well-being.
We believe mental health should not be treated as a luxury or something that deserves attention only after everything else is taken care of.
We believe psychological skills can become part of everyday life.
And we believe that lasting change requires more than awareness. It requires understanding, application, reinforcement and integration into everyday behaviour.
The Psychicc Mantraa is being built with a larger vision: to make practical psychology a natural part of everyday life and work.
Our immediate focus is on organizations and working professionals, particularly environments where high performance, rapid change and workplace pressure create significant psychological demands.
Over time, the philosophy can expand into wider professional and individual spaces.
But the central idea will remain unchanged:
We envision a world where understanding yourself is as natural as taking care of your physical health, and where psychological well-being becomes part of everyday living rather than simply a response to crisis.
The Psychicc Mantraa is ultimately about creating a different relationship with psychology.
A relationship where psychology is not distant or intimidating.
Not something reserved only for difficult moments.
But something people can understand and use in the middle of real life—
at work, in relationships, during difficult decisions, while navigating pressure, while building a career and while becoming the person they want to become.
Because psychological well-being should not be something we postpone until everything else in life is taken care of.
